Dear ones, miracles are expressions of miracle-mindedness, and miracle-mindedness means right-mindedness. As a correction, the miracle need not await the right-mindedness of the receiver. The person your world might call a wicked sinner can receive a miracle as easily as a saint. In fact, the purpose of the miracle is to restore the receiver to right-mindedness. It is essential, however, that the miracle worker be in right mind, however briefly, in order to reestablish right-mindedness in the miracle receiver. Therefore, the sole responsibility of the miracle worker is to accept the atonement in order to allow the miracle.
