Our Holy Spirit speaks:
It is called "trying to both have your cake and eat it." It is the ego's device for holding the mind in conflict supporting the ego's underlying guidance: "Under no circumstance are you to be at peace."
"Go ahead and enjoy the body's pleasure. You will not be held accountable." It is socialism's constant undermining of spiritual health in all aspects of life. "Eat, drink, and be merry! Someone will pay the price, but it doesn't have to be you. We don't recognize spiritual responsibility. We are secular."
Dear ones, spiritual responsibility is the only responsibility there is. Abandon your spiritual integrity and you become at best painfully conflicted, at worst ... a zombie unknowingly serving the ego's goal of death and destruction.
