Despite entrenched bureaucracies and a prevailing deeply ingrained socialist mindset working against her, she will be more successful reforming Germany than Arnold Schwarzenegger will be reforming California. The one who appears weakest sometimes is seen in retrospect as strongest. Besides, there are beings in heaven who like her name. (If you'll forgive a joke.)
